WHY JOIN THE LIST?
Used stock doesn't follow a catalogue.
Unlike our new tent range, clearance stock depends on what becomes available through ex-display stock, previous use, customer returns, refurbishment and stock changes.
That means we may have ten 5m tents one month and none the next. Joining the waiting list helps us understand what customers are actively searching for.
If you're a campsite, glamping operator or event business looking for multiple tents, tell us the quantity you need. We can then consider suitable commercial batches rather than only individual tents.
CONDITION GUIDE
What do the grades actually mean?
Every used product is different. The grading system is a guide — always use the specific product photographs and condition description as the final reference.
A+
Virtually New
Usually unused, opened, ex-display or extremely lightly handled. There may be very minor marks from storage, transportation, display or pitching, but overall condition should be exceptionally high.
A
Excellent Used Condition
Light previous use. The tent may have been pitched or used, but remains in excellent overall condition. Small cosmetic marks or normal signs of handling may be visible.
B
Good Used Condition
A used tent with visible signs of previous ownership or commercial use. Marks, light staining, fading or minor repairs may be present but will be reflected in the condition description.
C
Heavy Used Condition
More obvious signs of use. May have stronger cosmetic marks, staining, fading, repaired areas or general wear. Best suited where appearance is less important than value.
D
Project Grade / Spares & Repairs
Grade D products are intended for buyers who understand they are purchasing heavily used, imperfect or repairable stock. These products may require cleaning, maintenance, patching, replacement components or other work before use. Please read the individual listing carefully before purchasing.

Before you buy.
Are all used bell tents the same condition?
No. Condition varies significantly, which is why
we use our A+ to D grading system and provide
individual condition information for each listing.
Do used tents come with poles and pegs?
Check the individual listing. What's included can
vary by product, particularly with clearance,
project-grade and replacement stock.
Can I buy several used tents?
Yes, where stock allows. Commercial buyers looking for
several tents should also join the waiting list and state
the quantity required.
What happens if the tent I need is sold out?
Join the used tent waiting list above and tell us the
size, style, grade and specification you're looking for.
What is Grade D?
Grade D is our project, spares or repairs category.
These tents can offer excellent value to the right buyer,
but may require cleaning, repairs, replacement parts
or refurbishment before use.
Can I also request used flooring and accessories?
Yes. Use the waiting-list form to tell us whether
you need flooring, covers, groundsheet protection,
porches, stove accessories, poles, pegs or other items.
