Delivery & Returns

 UK Large Orders (usually tents)

UK Standard Delivery on all items over £150 is free. Delivery is typically within 3-10 days.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery £25 - (Excludes Sat-Sun) 

Saturday Delivery £35 - (Order before 3pm Friday) (Postponed)

 

Small Orders up to 5KG

Standard Delivery 3-10 days £3.99

Next Day Delivery £8.99 (Postponed)

 

Medium Orders up to 15KG

Standard Delivery 3-10 days £8.99

Next Day Delivery £12.99 (Postponed)

 

All goods ordered before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Once the order is dispatched you will be sent an email with the tracking number for your consignment. We typically post all UK orders of heavy items with DHL.

Smaller orders are sent with myhermes.

A signature is required on delivery of your items. If no one is in to sign for your order, it will be sent back to the depot and another delivery attempt will be attempted.

DHL will attempt delivery 2 times before the item will be sent back to our warehouse. Please note that you may incur shipping charges for items not intercepted by our delivery couriers.
For bulk orders within the UK, we may contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements.
